We start by doing a lifestyle and health audit to assess where you’re at right now, so we can create an action plan. Then, we reverse-engineer your 6-month goals to break down what we’ll need to implement every month, week and day to make sure you reach those ideal health, wellness and mindset goals.

 
 
 

The first month of working together is all about determining our baseline, and making simple tweaks in your current lifestyle. My process is based on sustainability: I want these healthy habits to last the rest of your life, and that means slow and steady. (Don’t worry - you’ll definitely see results with the small changes we make.)

 
 

We create an implementation plan for you on each of our coaching calls, so we can figure out what’s working and what isn’t - and why it’s not working. We’ll be overcoming mindset blocks, limiting beliefs, and anything that’s held you back from stepping into your ideal healthy self.

The remainder of our time together is focused on making your healthy habits automatic and diving into your mindset around body image, food, and healthy living.

This is where it gets fun: as you grow and learn throughout the coaching process, we can try more specific and advanced techniques to help you reach your goals.
